Darren is NDUR’s steady, athlete‑first operator who ensures every school, parent, and student‑athlete experiences NDUR with clarity, consistency, and care. As a former professional hockey agent, Darren and his family has deep ties to Boston sports. He is a long‑time mentor and family advisor who brings a grounded understanding of the pressures young athletes face and the systems that support them. At NDUR, he leads partner success, school onboarding, and day‑to‑day operational execution, serving as the reliable point of contact for athletic directors, coaches, and families across the region. Darren is known for his calm presence, his ability to translate complex needs into simple solutions, and his unwavering commitment to helping student‑athletes thrive. His work strengthens NDUR’s mission and ensures every campus feels supported from the moment they join the platform. Darren is a Duke University alumni.
Linda Martindale

Linda is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach, keynote speaker, podcast host, former high school boys varsity basketball coach, and former division one collegiate athlete. As the founder of Martindale Coaching, and NDUR’s Expert-In-Residence, she works with athletes, coaches, and teams to build stronger mental performance, leadership, confidence, and resilience. Drawing from her experience as an athlete, coach, and parent of four collegiate athletes, Linda has worked with more than 1,500+ high school and college athletes along with more than 25+ college and high school teams. She is the host of the Game Changers Podcast, where she shares stories of resilience, leadership, and growth through sports. Linda’s work has been featured on the Today Show, NBC News, USA Today, Boston Globe, Bustle and Authority Magazine.

Rob is the strategic architect behind NDUR — the nation’s leading student‑athlete wellness and readiness system. A builder at heart, Rob designed NDUR from the ground up to solve the real challenges athletes, parents, and schools face every day. Drawing from years of hands‑on experience in the education technology space, he leads NDUR’s product vision, IP development, and operational execution with a rare blend of creativity and discipline.
Known for his direct communication style, modern design instincts, and ability to turn complex problems into simple systems, Rob continues to expand NDUR into new mentorship and development verticals — all with one goal: helping every student‑athlete thrive on and off the field. Rob is a Babson College alumni, where he played D3 Baseball. Go Beavers!
Andrew Mirken
Chief Strategy & Growth Officer
Andrew Mirken is NDUR’s Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, leading the organization’s national strategy, ecosystem expansion, and long‑range growth initiatives. A Boston basketball mainstay with 30 years of coaching experience, Andrew has shaped programs at Cambridge Rindge & Latin, BABC AAU, The Boston Shootout, The Bay State Games, Westwood High School, and The Rivers School — helping 300+ athletes reach the NCAA.
Andrew is also the Co‑Founder of The 3 Point Foundation, a community‑impact organization and partner of the Boston Celtics and DAP, where he helped college athletes secure career placement and professional development opportunities. His work blends coaching insight, educational access, and real‑world career readiness — the same Person over Player philosophy he brings to NDUR.
At NDUR, Andrew drives institutional partnerships, product evolution, and national rollout across schools, districts, athletic departments, and community organizations, ensuring the ecosystem delivers measurable value to athletes, families, coaches, and administrators.
Athletics run deep in Andrew’s family. He is married to Kelly Mirken, former Captain of Northeastern Women’s Basketball. Their sons continue the tradition: Spencer Mirken, Graduate Assistant for Boston College Men’s Basketball, and Austin Mirken, All‑Metrowest player and team captain at Holliston High School.
Andrew’s leadership ensures NDUR scales with clarity, integrity, and purpose — always centered on helping young people become their best selves.
Kevin McCarthy
Chief Wellness Officer
Kevin is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), and Boston College alum, and former D1 athlete, with more than two decades of experience supporting youth, families, and high‑performance communities in the mental health field. His career spans school systems, clinical practice, and community‑based programs, where he has specialized in helping young people navigate stress, identity development, and the pressures that come with academic and athletic performance. Kevin brings a grounded, athlete‑informed perspective to NDUR, ensuring the platform’s guidance, safety protocols, and support pathways reflect real‑world mental health expertise. Known for his calm presence, clinical rigor, and ability to connect with students and adults alike, Kevin strengthens NDUR’s commitment to safe, accessible, and developmentally appropriate support for every athlete.
Nick Chapman
Chief Education Officer
As NDUR’s Chief Education Officer, Nick provides strategic leadership on educational innovation, student success, and partnerships that connect athletics, technology, and education.
With more than 22 years of experience in education, organizational leadership, and entrepreneurship, Nick is recognized for building innovative systems that improve student lives and drive organizational growth. He has led transformative educational initiatives, forged strategic partnerships across education, nonprofit, and industry sectors, and advised executive leaders on organizational strategy, innovation, and sustainable growth to expand opportunities for young people.
He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Advance Collegiate, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting first-generation and underserved student-athletes from high school through college graduation.
Nick holds a Master of Education in Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University, Master's degree in Special Education from Simmons University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education from the University of New England, where he was a four year player, and two-year captain of the men's basketball team.

Chante Bonds
Chanté Bonds is a nationally recognized multi‑sport athlete, championship‑winning football player, and accomplished collegiate basketball coach whose career reflects resilience, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to youth development. A standout athlete from Brockton, Massachusetts, Chanté first made her mark in basketball, leading Brockton High School to a state championship before earning a scholarship to Bentley University, where she helped the team reach the NCAA Division II Final Four and was named Northeast‑10 Defensive Player of the Year .
After college, Chanté launched her coaching career at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she also earned her master’s degree, before holding coaching roles at Holy Cross, UMass Lowell, and UMass Boston. At UMass Boston, she contributed to the program’s best season in school history and helped lead the team to its first NCAA Tournament appearance .
While coaching, Chanté reignited her passion for football — a sport she loved since childhood — joining the New York Sharks and later the Boston Renegades. Over more than a decade in the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA), she became one of the league’s most decorated players, earning multiple All‑League honors, WFA Defensive Player of the Year, WFA Player of the Year, and MVP of the national championship game. She has been a core contributor to the Renegades’ multiple national titles and represented the United States as a captain and defensive back on the U.S. Women’s Tackle National Team, winning gold at the 2022 IFAF World Championship in Finland .
Chanté’s career spans coaching, mentorship, and elite athletic performance — all grounded in her belief that sports build character, confidence, and community. Her experience across basketball, football, and youth development brings a powerful athlete‑centered perspective to NDUR’s mission of supporting student‑athletes on and off the field.
Tatum Forbes is a recent Saint Anselm College graduate, former standout basketball player, and NE10 Player of the Year who brings firsthand student‑athlete experience to every school she supports. Known for her leadership on and off the court, Tatum understands the pressures, routines, and realities today’s athletes navigate — and uses that insight to help districts, athletic departments, and families adopt NDUR with confidence and clarity.
At NDUR, Tatum leads school partnerships and campus onboarding, serving as a trusted guide for administrators, coaches, and student‑athletes as they integrate NDUR’s wellness and readiness system. Her ability to connect authentically with athletes, communicate with empathy, and translate NDUR’s mission into action makes her a key driver of school success across the region.

Lauren Lenahan
Lauren Lenahan is a certified performance coach and student‑success specialist who brings seven years of experience helping college students strengthen confidence, resilience, and academic readiness. A former track captain at Lasell University, Lauren understands firsthand the pressures student‑athletes face and has dedicated her career to supporting their growth on and off the field.
Lauren currently works in Curry College’s Admissions Department, where she guides students through critical academic and personal transitions, while also running her own performance‑coaching practice focused on mindset, motivation, and sustainable habits. Her dual experience in higher‑education systems and one‑on‑one coaching gives her a rare ability to connect institutional needs with individual student realities.
At NDUR, Lauren is a core member of the Impact Team, helping shape athlete‑centered content, readiness frameworks, and campus engagement strategies. A proud UMass alum and former Division I athlete, Russ understands firsthand the pressures, routines, and demands placed on student‑athletes.
