  • Michael Carter-Williams

    Co-Founder, Chief Relations Officer

    Michael Carter-Williams is a former NBA point guard known for his standout rookie season with the Philadelphia 76ers, where he won the NBA Rookie of the Year Award in 2014. Over his career, he played for several teams, including the Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, and Orlando Magic, showcasing his versatility and defensive prowess. After struggling with mental health issues throughout his NBA career, Michael Carter-Williams felt that in his sixth year he emotionally hit rock bottom, but found hope through therapy, community and research. Inspired to help others, he shared his story through the Players Tribune and decided to partner with NDUR to help create a platform for athletes to discuss mental health and access professional support.

  • Russ Cooke

    Founder & Visionary

    Russ played football at UMASS Amherst where he suffered 6 concussions, which happened at a time when concussion protocol didn't exist. He signed a contract with the NY Jets in 1979 and during pre-season, he had his 7th and final concussion, ending his career and chance to play in the NFL triggering depression and other issues. Through support of his friends and family, Russ went on to become a successful CEO of the largest limousine service in the United States. NDUR is his last chapter and he is the driving force behind the mission of the company.

  • Bob Khederian

    Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board

    Bob began his career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. He went on to start Medical Specialties, the largest distributor of home infusion supplies and equipment in the United States. Today, it is a multi-billion dollar division of McKesson. Bob is a serial entrepreneur who invests in medical and digital health, is on the Executive Board of the Armenian Museum of America, and a past Trustee of Noble & Greenoigh School.  He is a graduate of Babson College. 

  • Darren Orr

    President

    After graduating from Duke University, Darren embarked on a professional journey that spans over two decades of experience in relationship management, business development and client partnerships. As a Certified NHLPA Agent for 17 years, Darren worked alongside his father, Boston Bruin’s legend and Hall of Famer, Bobby Orr, where he successfully negotiated pro hockey contracts and provided career & life guidance to elite athletes across North America and Europe. Darren has been instrumental in fostering the long-term success and supporting the overall mental and emotional well-being of hundreds of elite athletes. As an entrepreneur, Darren co-founded Capsule Technology Group, a blockchain-based technology startup, where he played a critical role in product development, market research, and investor relations. At NDUR, he leverages his decades of working with athletes and families to support overall student success, and works with private school and college athletic programs to provide NDUR’s critically needed mental health and wellness resources and programs. Based in Vermont, Darren enjoys life with his wife of 20 years and their three children.

  • Rob Feldman

    Co-Founder, CTO & COO

    A graduate of Babson College, Rob played baseball, and several weeks before the start of his freshman year, his best friend, and teammate was killed in a tragic car accident. That was a challenging point in his life, and having the support of his friends helped him keep going. Rob's previous technology business focused on the pre-enrollment part of the student journey, with over 100,000 prospective college students using an app he created to learn about their college opportunities, connect with best fit programs and admissions counselors, and ultimately enroll. These learnings and experiences in creating connected communities is what powers NDUR, and has allowed the company to create a best in class mental health support solution for athletic departments and athletes.

  • Phoebe Day

    Director, Student Athlete Leadership

    Phoebe is a recent Boston College graduate (2023) with a degree in Psychology, and was a key member of the 2021 National Championship Women's Lacrosse Team. While in college, during Covid, Phoebe became a mental health advocate and started the Sunshine Group, a mental health awareness committee, to help support her fellow athletes. Phoebe brings her own unique experiences to every athlete and every campus that the NDUR team supports. She is instrumental as NDUR's key liaison with our campus leaders, and our key stakeholders in athletic administration.  

  • Lexi Crites

    Director of Student Athletes Wellness & Professional Coaching Services

    Lexi is a certified wellness professional with a passion for mindfulness practices. Her journey began as a two-sport college athlete at Manhattanville College, where she played field hockey and ice hockey. After bravely confronting her struggles with anxiety, she realized she needed to prioritize her mental health. She also served as an advocate for sexual harassment awareness, working directly with the Dean of Students to support survivors. Lexi then traveled to India to study meditation, discovering its profound impact as a tool for athletes. Upon returning, she pursued a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications at Regis College, serving as a Graduate Assistant for the field hockey team and a mindfulness coach for the athletic department. Now at NDUR, Lexi supports athletes in their wellness journeys and creates storytelling on social channels to amplify their personal stories. Her main goal is for people to truly feel heard!

  • Peter Pearson

    Associate DIrector, Athlete Support & Community Development, Resident Professional Athlete & Mentor

    Peter is a passionate health and wellness advocate and mentor. While in college, Peter was a SAAC leader on his Virginia Commonwealth University campus. His focus is helping to build a diverse community of student athletes who are engaged in proactively managing and improving their overall health and wellness during their college athletics journey. Peter is actively involved with our Partner colleges and universities to support student-athletes through access to the NDUR for Athletes platform. 

  • Pablo Dibenedetto

    Director, Partnerships & Performance Coaching

    College graduate Pablo spent four seasons as a Sports Performance Coach with the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer. He began his career in London, where he interned with Football Strength Conditioning & Rehabilitation (FSCR). He has built a diverse background in sports performance, earning his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach) certifications through Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. In December 2023, he completed VΓ­ctor Frade’s Master in Tactical Periodization course in Porto, Portugal, which ultimately led to a unique opportunity to present to Arsenal FC’s U21 and U18 Academy staff.  Pablo approaches performance through a holistic lens, recognizing that true excellence extends beyond physical preparation. While working in sports performance, he noticed that the mental aspect of athlete health was often overlooked. This realization, coupled with his own personal mental health journey, deepened his passion for creating environments where mental well-being is prioritized alongside physical development.

    Ben and Max Berkowitz (Berkowitz Bros.) are celebrated multimedia producers and creative executives renowned for their work in entertainment, marketing, and storytelling. As the co-founders of Not A Billionaire (NAB), a full-service global creative communications, marketing, and production agency, they have shaped the branding and digital strategies for Fortune 100 companies, major non-profits, and influencers across industries. They are developing TV and Feature Film IP for premium streaming and theatrical releases through their development studio. Recently, Dark Horse Comics released their comic book series co-created with Disney Legend Josh Gad.   • Steven Fogarty

    Chief Impact Officer

    Steven is a 2016 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the men’s ice hockey team and served as captain his junior and senior years. He went on to play 8+ years of professional hockey for four different NHL organizations. He played the majority of his career in the AHL but had stints with the New York Rangers, Buffalo Sabres, Boston Bruins, and Minnesota Wild. Steven dealt with his own mental health throughout his career, both from a personal and performance standpoint. As his career progressed, he continued to educate himself to better understand his own mental health and how it plays such a pivotal role on and off the ice. Back in 2022, Steven and two of his Notre Dame teammates had the vision of creating a peer-to-peer platform for NCAA student athletes to deal with their mental health troubles together, similar to what NDUR came to be. Fast forward to 2024: Steven came across NDUR and knew he wanted to be involved and help make a difference in a space that means a lot to him. He will play an important role in helping NDUR establish partnerships and a presence on campus and continue to build on the vision he and his teammates had a few years ago.

  • Kevin McCarthy, LISCW

    Director, Mental Health

    Kevin is a Boston College graduate and former BC athlete who is also a passionate clinical social worker with a foundation in psychological theory, trauma-informed individual and group therapy practice, and substance addiction treatment. He is a Psychotherapist, Recovery Program Developer, and Clinical Consultant in a career working with Healthcare and Education professionals, serving the needs of marginalized and underserved populations in the Greater Boston and the Massachusetts region. His areas of expertise include: Psychosocial Assessment & Mental Health Treatment Planning, Substance Addiction Counseling & Comorbid Diagnosis Group Therapy, Program Development and Implementation, Strategic Planning and Regulatory Compliance.

  • Jake Rozhansky

    Associate Director, Athlete Support & Community Development

    Jake is a University of Maryland graduate and former Division 1 Soccer player and is currently a player/coach for the New York City Football Club. His passion for helping others began in high school when he mentored middle schoolers on their journey to the collegiate athletic level. While in college, Jake experienced many personal health and wellness challenges including the tragic loss of his teammate to suicide. He lives in NYC and dedicates his off the field time to working with the NDUR team to bring community and peer support to athletes across the United States.

  • Michele Kolligian

    Board Director

    Michele is the president and CEO of DCNE, one of the largest distributors of HVAC equipment in the Northeast. She is also the Prsident of the Armenian Museum of America.

  • Fared Faiza

    Senior Product Engineer

    Fared is NDUR's lead UX designer and software engineer responsible for all aspects of the NDUR mobile app, and brings the entire athlete experience to life. He played ice hockey in college, while he also earned his degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at the University of Manchester.

  • Agustin Gregorieu

    Senior Product Engineer

    Agustin is NDUR's resident Data Scientist and Software Engineer.  In his role he is responsible for all the magic that the NDUR app delivers. He earned his Master of Science in Computer Science at Northeastern University where was recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship.
