Russ Cooke

Founder & Visionary 

Russ graduated from UMass Amherst with a BS in Economics, where he played varsity football and signed a 3-year contract with the NY Jets. A series of concussions cut Russ’s pro football career short. He went on to manage Boston Coach (a former Fidelity Investments Company) as CEO for 22 years. Boston Coach was named Company of the year by LTC Magazine three times, and Russ earned the award by Business Travel News in 2023 as “25 Most Influential Executives”. Russ brings extreme passion to the team, wanting to help students succeed in life. Read our founder’s story here.

Phoebe Day

Director, Student Athlete Community & Leadership Program

Phoebe is a Boston College graduate, class of 2023. She played on the BC Eagle’s Division 1 Women’s Lacrosse team and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Phoebe is dedicated to helping athletes with their mental health challenges and is NDUR’s Associate Director of  College Partnerships. Phoebe is NDUR’s direct line of communication with both athletic departments and student-athletes. You will see Phoebe on campus, working with athletes, spearheading our campus events, and helping to build the community to support all of the schools in the NDUR Community.

Rob Feldman

Co- Founder, Chief Operations & Technology Officer

With 30+ years of entrepreneurship and product development expertise in the higher education sector, Rob leads the Ci team on its mission to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for NCAA student-athletes. Rob is a graduate of Babson College with a BS Degree in Business Management, Finance & Investments. He is also on the Board of Advisors for Boston English High School and its CTE Business and Technology program. As a former NCAA Athlete, he understands the rigors of balancing academic and on-the-field challenges and brings that insight to the innovative solutions developed by the company.

Tyrik Wilson

Director, Student Athlete Development, Diversity & Inclusion

Tyrik is a passionate and dedicated health and wellness advocate, and leads up NDUR's Student Athlete Development program and is also helping NDUR prioritize the diversity of the NDUR Community. Prior to joining the NDUR team, he served as the Lead Diversity and Inclusion Specialist for the USDA-Food and Nutrition Services Program (FNS) . In this role, Tyrik created the first-ever Diversity and Inclusion Team for his region. He organized and hosted twenty cultural awareness events, seven of which were broadcast nationally. In 2013, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Towson University and also earned his MBA from UMass Boston in 2017. That same year Tyrik founded his own skills and performance training program: Inspire One. He launched a program called Focus & Effort, a sports skills and performance program that focuses on the mental/emotional balance of youth. Through Inspire One, he leads financial literacy, public speaking, and nutrition courses as well. 

Bob Wagner

Vice President, College Partnerships

Bob has spent 25 years in higher education enrollment management and college counseling. He is the former Associate Dean of Admissions for the MBA Program at Babson College. He holds a BS Degree from Elon University and a Master’s in Education Counseling from Northeastern University. He began his career at the University of Rhode Island, where he ran Division 1 Track, and is now an avid and competitive cyclist.

Agustin Gregorieu

Senior Product Engineer

Agustin is a data science enthusiast with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, Cordoba, Argentina. He furthered his education with a Fulbright Scholarship, earning a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He is also currently pursuing a certification in applied data science. He enjoys travel, the outdoors, and is passionate about the work he is doing to support the NDUR product.

Fared Faiza

Senior Product Engineer

Fared graduated from the University of Manchester (England) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence. He also played on the university’s Ice Hockey Team, the Manchester Metros as a right winger in the BUIHA League. Fared is NDUR’s User Experience front-end developer and designer. And also currently works as a Software Engineer for the BBC.
