Michael Carter-Williams
Co-Founder, Chief Relations Officer
Michael Carter-Williams is a former NBA point guard known for his standout rookie season with the Philadelphia 76ers, where he won the NBA Rookie of the Year Award in 2014. Over his career, he played for several teams, including the Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, and Orlando Magic, showcasing his versatility and defensive prowess. After struggling with mental health issues throughout his NBA career, Michael Carter-Williams felt that in his sixth year he emotionally hit rock bottom, but found hope through therapy, community and research. Inspired to help others, he shared his story through the Players Tribune and decided to partner with NDUR to help create a platform for athletes to discuss mental health and access professional support.

Darren Orr
President
After graduating from Duke University, Darren embarked on a professional journey that spans over two decades of experience in relationship management, business development and client partnerships. As a Certified NHLPA Agent for 17 years, Darren worked alongside his father, Boston Bruinβs legend and Hall of Famer, Bobby Orr, where he successfully negotiated pro hockey contracts and provided career & life guidance to elite athletes across North America and Europe. Darren has been instrumental in fostering the long-term success and supporting the overall mental and emotional well-being of hundreds of elite athletes. As an entrepreneur, Darren co-founded Capsule Technology Group, a blockchain-based technology startup, where he played a critical role in product development, market research, and investor relations. At NDUR, he leverages his decades of working with athletes and families to support overall student success, and works with private school and college athletic programs to provide NDURβs critically needed mental health and wellness resources and programs. Based in Vermont, Darren enjoys life with his wife of 20 years and their three children.

KARL "KJ" BAPTISTE
Director, Innovation & Leadership
Karl βKJβ Baptiste Jr. is a former Division I menβs basketball assistant coach with a proven track record in developing talent, building winning cultures, and creating meaningful connections across the basketball landscape. A New England native, KJ has coached at Florida Gulf Coast, Penn State, and UAlbany, consistently helping athletes reach their potential both on and off the court. Beyond coaching, he has past partnered with Nike and led community-based initiatives that connect athletes with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.KJβs journey has always been defined by relationships. He grew up competing alongside NDURβs own Co-Founder Michael Carter-Williams, now a close friend, and continues to bring a player-first approach to every role he takes on. From elite prep programs in New England to college athletic departments across the country, KJ has earned a reputation for mentorship, integrity, and connecting people to advance the game.
At NDUR, KJ channels his passion for culture, relationships, and growth to help athletes, coaches, and communities achieve meaningful progress together. KJ is a graduate of Brimmer and May School, and Brandeis University with a degree in Sociology. He also holds a Masterβs Degree in Philosophy in Leadership from Penn State University.

Kyle Butler
Director, Student-Athlete and Partnership Success
Kyle brings a powerful blend of mentorship, lived experience, and leadership development to his role at NDUR. His passion lies in helping student-athletes build confidence, find their voice, and develop as leaders. A Boston native, Kyle played basketball at The Rivers School before continuing his journey at Colby College, giving him firsthand insight into the unique challenges of navigating both prep school and collegiate athletics. He has worked extensively in youth basketball development and independent school admissions, supporting young athletes from a wide range of backgrounds. At NDUR, Kyle leads programming focused on student-athlete leadership, creating opportunities for athletes to feel supported and empowered. Kyle is a Rivers School (Weston, MA) alumni, and a graduate of Colby College with a BA in Educational Studies. -

Kevin McCarthy, LISCW
Director, Mental Health
Kevin is a Boston College graduate and former BC athlete who is also a passionate clinical social worker with a foundation in psychological theory, trauma-informed individual and group therapy practice, and substance addiction treatment. He is a Psychotherapist, Recovery Program Developer, and Clinical Consultant in a career working with Healthcare and Education professionals, serving the needs of marginalized and underserved populations in the Greater Boston and the Massachusetts region. His areas of expertise include: Psychosocial Assessment & Mental Health Treatment Planning, Substance Addiction Counseling & Comorbid Diagnosis Group Therapy, Program Development and Implementation, Strategic Planning and Regulatory Compliance.

Rob Feldman
Co-Founder, CTO & COO
A graduate of Babson College, Rob played baseball, and several weeks before the start of his freshman year, his best friend, and teammate was killed in a tragic car accident. That was a challenging point in his life, and having the support of his friends helped him keep going. Rob's previous technology business focused on the pre-enrollment part of the student journey, with over 100,000 prospective college students using an app he created to learn about their college opportunities, connect with best fit programs and admissions counselors, and ultimately enroll. These learnings and experiences in creating connected communities is what powers NDUR, and has allowed the company to create a best in class mental health support solution for athletic departments and athletes. -

JOHN STEELE
Chief Business Officer
John is a serial entrepreneur who began his first business venture at the age of 20, with a sailing schooner business in Camden, Maine. It quickly turned into his first independent business success. Other business ventures include a winery in Saratoga, NY, ownership of an apple orchard, a web3 business, and consulting for numerous businesses on expanding their operations.
John has always been inspired by his familyβs everlasting contributions to the world of medicine; something that continues to this day. He strives daily to continue to make a positive impact on the world. John has experienced a lot of trauma in his life, with the loss of both parents as a young child, and as an adult, sustained a very serious TBI. Because of these personal experiences, he understands the importance of having access to quality mental health support.He is a graduate of Green Mountain College, a private environmental college in Vermont, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business. John resides in Vermont with his wife and four children. He has been a volunteer fire-fighter for many years, and volunteers annually for a local ski/snowboard program for his townβs youth. He is also an advocate and supporter of the Vermont Special Olympics.

Peter Pearson
Director, Student Athlete Engagement
Peter is a passionate mental health and wellness advocate and mentor. While playing Division 1 soccer at both University of Virginia, and Virginia Commonwealth University, Peter was a SAAC President and campus leader. After a 6 year professional soccer journey, he turned his focus back to helping NDUR build a diverse community of student athletes who are engaged in proactively managing and improving their overall health and wellness during their college athletics journey. As director of NDURβs campus Leadership program called βGame Changersβ and the valuable content delivered daily on the NDUR app, Peter is making a big impact when it comes to student-athlete support.

Pablo DiBenedetto
Performance Coach | Leadership Facilitator | Athlete Wellness
Pablo brings elite-level experience to NDUR, shaped by his tenure as a Performance Coach with the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer. At the Revolution, he worked directly with professional athletes to optimize physical readiness, mental resilience, and recovery protocols β blending sports science with human connection to elevate performance under pressure. His approach integrates mindfulness, leadership development, and athlete psychology, making him a trusted voice in both locker rooms and leadership circles. Pabloβs coaching style is grounded in empathy, precision, and results β whether heβs guiding MLS veterans or mentoring high school or college athletes through NDURβs Catalyst Program. In addition to his work with the Revolution, Pablo has led wellness and performance initiatives across collegiate and high school settings, helping student-athletes build sustainable habits for success on and off the field. Pablo is a Belmont Hill School alumni, and graduate of Middlebury College in VT.

Alex Stoddard - AStod Media
Social Media Management & Content Productions
Founded by Alex Stoddard, AStod Media is a multimedia production company, focused on athlete storytelling and purpose-driven sports content. At NDUR, AStod Media leads social media strategy, content creation, and on-campus video production, helping translate NDURβs mission into authentic storytelling that resonates with student-athletes, coaches, and communities. With experience working across youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels, AStod Media specializes in capturing stories that highlight identity, growth, and the human side of performance.
Originally from Wellesley, Massachusetts, Alex is a former college basketball player whose background as a lifelong athlete and artist informs his creative approach. He has been producing media since the age of 12, combining a long-standing passion for visual storytelling with a deep understanding of sports culture. Alex is a graduate of Williams College with a BA in Africana Studies and Babson College with a Masterβs degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership. -

Jake Rozhansky
Associate Director, Athlete Support & Community Development
Jake is a University of Maryland graduate and former Division 1 Soccer player and is currently a player/coach for the New York City Football Club. His passion for helping others began in high school when he mentored middle schoolers on their journey to the collegiate athletic level. While in college, Jake experienced many personal health and wellness challenges including the tragic loss of his teammate to suicide. He lives in NYC and dedicates his off the field time to working with the NDUR team to bring community and peer support to athletes across the United States.

Fared Faiza
Senior Product Engineer
Fared is NDUR's lead UX designer and software engineer responsible for all aspects of the NDUR mobile app, and brings the entire athlete experience to life. He played ice hockey in college, while he also earned his degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at the University of Manchester.

Agustin Gregorieu
Senior Product Engineer
Agustin is NDUR's resident Data Scientist and Software Engineer. In his role he is responsible for all the magic that the NDUR app delivers. He earned his Master of Science in Computer Science at Northeastern University where was recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship.

Russ Cooke
Founder & Visionary
Russ played football at UMASS Amherst where he suffered 6 concussions, which happened at a time when concussion protocol didn't exist. He signed a contract with the NY Jets in 1979 and during pre-season, he had his 7th and final concussion, ending his career and chance to play in the NFL triggering depression and other issues. Through support of his friends and family, Russ went on to become a successful CEO of the largest limousine service in the United States. NDUR is his last chapter and he is the driving force behind the mission of the company.

Bob Khederian
Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board
Bob began his career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. He went on to start Medical Specialties, the largest distributor of home infusion supplies and equipment in the United States. Today, it is a multi-billion dollar division of McKesson. Bob is a serial entrepreneur who invests in medical and digital health, is on the Executive Board of the Armenian Museum of America, and a past Trustee of Noble & Greenough School. He is a graduate of Babson College.

Michele is the president and CEO of DCNE, one of the largest distributors of HVAC equipment in the Northeast. She is also the Prsident of the Armenian Museum of America.
