  • Darren Orr

    President

    After graduating from Duke University, Darren embarked on a professional journey that spans over two decades of experience in relationship management, business development and client partnerships. As a Certified NHLPA Agent for 17 years, Darren worked alongside his father, Boston Bruin’s legend and Hall of Famer, Bobby Orr, where he successfully negotiated pro hockey contracts and provided career & life guidance to elite athletes across North America and Europe. Darren has been instrumental in fostering the long-term success and supporting the overall mental and emotional well-being of hundreds of elite athletes. As an entrepreneur, Darren co-founded Capsule Technology Group, a blockchain-based technology startup, where he played a critical role in product development, market research, and investor relations. At NDUR, he leverages his decades of working with athletes and families to support overall student success, and works with private school and college athletic programs to provide NDUR’s critically needed mental health and wellness resources and programs. Based in Vermont, Darren enjoys life with his wife of 20 years and their three children.

  • Kevin McCarthy, LISCW

    Director, Mental Health & Wellness

    Kevin is a Boston College graduate and former BC athlete who is also a passionate clinical social worker with a foundation in psychological theory, trauma-informed individual and group therapy practice, and substance addiction treatment. He is a Psychotherapist, Recovery Program Developer, and Clinical Consultant in a career working with Healthcare and Education professionals, serving the needs of marginalized and underserved populations in the Greater Boston and the Massachusetts region. His areas of expertise include: Psychosocial Assessment & Mental Health Treatment Planning, Substance Addiction Counseling & Comorbid Diagnosis Group Therapy, Program Development and Implementation, Strategic Planning and Regulatory Compliance.

  • Rob Feldman

    Co-Founder, CTO & COO

    A graduate of Babson College and former baseball player, Rob’s commitment to wellbeing began after losing his best friend and teammate just weeks before starting college. This experience shaped his understanding of grief, connection, and the power of community support.

    Over the course of his career, Rob has worked extensively with high schools and colleges in admissions, enrollment strategy, and alumni engagement, helping thousands of students navigate major transitions and build meaningful connections. His work has consistently centered on belonging, communication, and supporting young people through high‑pressure moments.

    These experiences combined with years spent helping institutions strengthen student engagement directly inform NDUR’s approach to proactive wellbeing and early‑risk visibility. Rob’s background in creating connected, supportive environments is the foundation behind NDUR’s mission to deliver a modern, preventative support system for education, athletics, and beyond.

  • Tatum Forbes

    Impact Team

    As a valuable member of the NDUR Impact Team, Tatum is a difference maker who brings her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and 4 years as a member of the St. Anselms basketball team. In college she was a standout who earned Conference Player of the Year, East Regional Player of the Year, and All-American Honorable Mention honors during her career. Her experiences as a student-athlete helped develop her passion for leadership, mental wellness, and helping others reach their full potential. Tatum is committed to supporting individuals through mentorship, education, and advocacy while fostering environments where people can thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Andrew Mirken

    Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

    Andrew Mirken is a growth strategist, partnership builder, and mission-driven leader with a proven track record of scaling impact across athletics, education, and workforce development. As the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at NDUR, he leads our national expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue initiativesβ€”building ecosystems that connect innovation with measurable outcomes.

    Andrew’s basketball coaching career spans decades and includes leadership roles at Cambridge Rindge and Latin, BABC, Boston Shootout, Bay State Games, Westwood High School, Boston University, and the Rivers School. Throughout his career, he has helped place more than 300 student-athletes into college basketball programs, creating life-changing opportunities through sport.

    Most recently, Andrew was the Co-Founder of Dynamic Athlete Placement (DAP), where he helped create pathways for student-athletes to access educational, career, and professional opportunities beyond sport. During his time with DAP, he created and developed strategic partnerships with National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC), Boston College, NJCAA, and Howard Universityβ€”expanding the platform’s reach and impact across collegiate and athletic ecosystems.

    He is also the Co-Founder of The3PointFoundation, a year-round nonprofit dedicated to supporting underserved youth in Boston through mentorship, education, and college-access pathways. As a community partner of the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation, he helped expand programming that served over 2,500 underserved young men across the city.

    Known for turning relationships into scalable opportunities, Andrew serves NDUR as the bridge between strategy, execution, and partnershipsβ€”ensuring growth is both purposeful and lasting.

  • LAUREN LENAHAN

    Director, Wellness & Performance

    Lauren brings a performance‑coaching lens to NDUR’s mission of strengthening student‑athlete wellbeing and readiness. She works with athletes to identify the mental patterns that hold them back and equips them with individualized strategies to overcome them. Her focus areas include managing internal pressure, reframing negative self‑talk, building effective coping tools, enhancing teamwork, and using visualization to prepare for competitive environments. Her approach supports healthier athletes, stronger teams, and more resilient campus cultures. Lauren was a Division 3 student athlete, captain of her Cross Country and Track and Field team at Lasell University where she earned her degree in Sport Psychology.es here

  • ChantΓ© Bonds

    Impact Team

    ChantΓ© knows firsthand what it means to build an identity that goes beyond sport. A Brockton native, she is a graduate of Bentley University and was a member of the Women’s Basketball team, and two-year captain. She was also NE10 Conference Defensive Player of the year, her senior year. As a pro athlete, she was a Women’s Professional Football Association National Champion, 8-time All-American, 2018 Offensive MVP, and 2022 National Championship Game MVP. She’s brings to NDUR, as she did for the United States Women’s National Football Team, winning gold at the 2022 IFAF Women’s World Championship.

    Now she’s channeling that experience into something bigger: helping the next generation of student-athletes discover who they are beyond the game. ChantΓ© also holds a Master’s degree in Adminisitrative Science, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

  • Pablo DiBenedetto

    Performance Coach | Leadership Facilitator | Athlete Wellness

    Pablo brings elite-level experience to NDUR, shaped by his tenure as a Performance Coach with the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer. At the Revolution, he worked directly with professional athletes to optimize physical readiness, mental resilience, and recovery protocols β€” blending sports science with human connection to elevate performance under pressure. His approach integrates mindfulness, leadership development, and athlete psychology, making him a trusted voice in both locker rooms and leadership circles. Pablo’s coaching style is grounded in empathy, precision, and results β€” whether he’s guiding MLS veterans or mentoring high school or college athletes through NDUR’s Catalyst Program. In addition to his work with the Revolution, Pablo has led wellness and performance initiatives across collegiate and high school settings, helping student-athletes build sustainable habits for success on and off the field. Pablo is a Belmont Hill School alumni, and graduate of Middlebury College in VT.

  • Fared Faiza

    Senior Product Engineer

    Fared is NDUR's lead UX designer and software engineer responsible for all aspects of the NDUR mobile app, and brings the entire athlete experience to life. He played ice hockey in college, while he also earned his degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at the University of Manchester.

  • Agustin Gregorieu

    Senior Product Engineer

    Agustin is NDUR's resident Data Scientist and Software Engineer.  In his role he is responsible for all the magic that the NDUR app delivers. He earned his Master of Science in Computer Science at Northeastern University where was recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship.

  • Michele Kolligian

    Board Director

    Michele is the president and CEO of DCNE, one of the largest distributors of HVAC equipment in the Northeast. She is also the President of the Armenian Museum of America.

  • Bob Khederian

    Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board

    Bob began his career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. He went on to start Medical Specialties, the largest distributor of home infusion supplies and equipment in the United States. Today, it is a multi-billion dollar division of McKesson. Bob is a serial entrepreneur who invests in medical and digital health, is on the Executive Board of the Armenian Museum of America, and a past Trustee of Noble & Greenough School.  He is a graduate of Babson College. 

  • Russ Cooke

    Founder & Visionary

    Russ played football at UMASS Amherst where he suffered 6 concussions, which happened at a time when concussion protocol didn't exist. He signed a contract with the NY Jets in 1979 and during pre-season, he had his 7th and final concussion, ending his career and chance to play in the NFL triggering depression and other issues. Through support of his friends and family, Russ went on to become a successful CEO of the largest limousine service in the United States. NDUR is his last chapter and he is the driving force behind the mission of the company.
