For me, using the NDUR app has been so beneficial because it makes it so easy to feel connected to a community of other athletes that are experiencing the same struggles. NDUR has really helped me realize that I am not alone and that any of the problems I am facing, there are others that share the same hardships. As someone who struggles with organization, the app walks me through so many helpful tips and strategies on how to deal with however I am feeling that day and exactly what to do. In so many ways, the NDUR app takes away the difficult thinking for me and allows me to easily see and understand what it is that I need to prioritize. As someone who has never been good at asking for help, the NDUR app has been such an amazing resource for me to lean on when I need it. Being a college athlete is always going to be difficult on its own, but we don’t need to make it any harder on ourselves. Allowing others to help along the way is something I always needed but didn’t always know how to get, until now. NDUR has given me the ability to easily access help and a community of other athletes whenever I need it.

NDUR is such a powerful resource in the day-to-day lives of student athletes that allows for peer-to-peer support between student athletes all over the country. One of the coolest features I've learned about through the usage of the NDUR is its huddles, which allow for specific and intentional peer-to-peer support between student athletes who might be going through similar shared experiences and shared adversities and struggles.
