while less than 5%
FEEL COMFORTABLE TURNING to healthcare professionals INITIALLY.

90% OF STUDENT ATHLETES IN THE NDUR cOMMUNITY HAVE REPORTED
AN IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR OVERALL WELLBEING.

PROACTIVE & HOLISTIC INTEGRATED CARE

NDUR focuses on the whole person- building mental, emotional and social strengths, strengthening the foundation. Helping in leadership growth, active listening, promoting good practices and focusing on actionable outcomes.. Proactive care ensures that the spark of a challenge doesn’t ignite into a full-blown crisis, allowing individuals to thrive with the right support at the right time. NDUR adds extra layers of support that complement traditional counseling. When professional help is needed, its just a finger tap away to your on-campus support services and a host of other resources.

BUILDNG A CULTURE OF SUPPORT, EVERY DAY.

WHERE ALL ATHLETES HAVE A VOICE

NDUR’s athlete-first approach means every resource, recommendation, and feature is designed specifically for the demands of sports life, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Athletes face unique mental, physical, and emotional pressures. An athlete-exclusive platform ensures these challenges are understood and addressed by people who truly "get it," creating a culture of support and belonging.

SHARED
EXPERIENCES

Athletes share a bond rooted in shared struggles and triumphs. By creating a community exclusively for athletes, NDUR fosters a sense of trust and understanding that can’t be found elsewhere. Here, athletes can be vulnerable, connect over common challenges, build authentic relationships, and support each other. NDUR is an ANONYMOUS, safe, secure and judgement free space for authentic discussions.

BREAKING THE STIGMA, REDUCING ISOLATION

Championing Mental Health: In sports, asking for help can sometimes feel like showing weakness. NDUR breaks this stigma by normalizing conversations around mental health within a likeminded, empathetic community.

NDUR CATALYST:
on-campus programs

NDUR’s unique approach blends technology with human touch points delivering comprehensive mental health and wellness support to campus communities. Not only do we sponsor health and wellness events, but our own team of mental health professionals come to your campus to deliver our Catalyst Program, a unique combination of workshops including Leadership, Performance, Mental Fitness and Resilience education, as well as Mindfulness Coaching, Meditation and Yoga. We also have a vast network of professional athletes, nutritionists, transition coaches, and others who are accessible to lead discussions, panels and workshops.
